葉氏為香港極少數同時具備兩間最知名音樂學府 (英國皇家音樂學院及倫敦聖三一學院) 演奏、音樂理論以及教學三項專業文憑資格的老師。她既有卓越演奏水平，有效教學方法，又有音樂理論為依歸。葉氏對音樂的濃厚興趣、對教學的熱誠及生動的教學，從多方面提升同學的演奏水平及有效地啟發學生對音樂的興趣。其學生由初級至演奏級及現職鋼琴或音樂老師，學生成績優異，比賽屢獲殊榮，當中不乏以優等成績考獲演奏及教學文憑，更有學生投身專修音樂考入香港中文大學、浸會大學、演藝學院及海外著名音樂學院。

ARCM and FTCL (singing)
A native Hong Kong singer, discovered his interest in singing during secondary school. He has won numerous prizes at the Hong Kong School Music Festival, including the Brother Cassion Scholarship. He graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, and studied with Patrick McGuigan, John Cameron, and Alexander Young.
In college, he performed various operas and oratorios. Vitus was the winner at the Llangollen Eisteddfod International Young Singer of the year in Wales, U.K. He further his vocal training with an opera scholarship at the Royal College of Music in London, and studied with Sir Peter Pears, Sir David Willcocks, and Brian Drake. He has worked with the English National Opera North in Leeds and Scottish Opera Company in Glasgow and has toured throughout UK with the company. In Hong Kong, Vitus has given many concerts, radio and television vocal recordings, and also appeared as a soloist for HK Chorus, HK Oratorio Society, HKAPA Chorus, RTHK Chamber Choir, HK Chinese Orchestra, HK Philharmonic Orchestra, HK Arts Festival Opera Productions, and HK Urban Council Opera Productions. He performed as an Bass-baritone soloist in “The Messiah”, “La Traviata”, “The Marriage of Figaro”, “Turandot”, “The Seasons”, “The Creation”, “Messe Scolennelle”, “Bach in C Minor Mass”, “Mozart Mass in C”, “Beethoven Symphony No. 9”, “ The Yellow River Cantata”, “Maria Stuarda”, and “II Matrimonio Segreto”.
VITUS has worked with many distinguished conductors and producers including Sir David Willcocks, Graeme Jenkins, Tang Mu-Hai, Lo King-Man, Ralph Koltar, Kenneth Schermerhon, Constantine Kitsopoulos, Stephen Lawless, Nichlas Muni, James Robinson and Richard Bradshaw. Vitus has with him over 30 years of music experience ranging from teaching, coaching, opera production and choir conducting. He also worked for the Canadian Opera Company in Toronto, Canada for 13 years prior to his return to Hong Kong in 2006. He now works at Harrow International School, Hong Kong.
